Payments and Subscriptions

Bright Haven is a subscription-based service.

Subscription management, billing, and payment processing are handled by third-party providers, including Outseta for account management and subscription handling, and Stripe for secure payment processing through Outseta.

We do not store full payment card numbers within the Bright Haven app or systems. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We may receive limited information such as subscription status, billing events, and transaction confirmations.

You can remove this data by signing out, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Services, including Shopify for website hosting and infrastructure, Outseta for authentication and subscription management, Stripe for payment processing, AWS and CloudFront for backend systems and content delivery, and Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics.

These providers process information on our behalf as needed to deliver the Services.

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and policies, protect our users, rights, or systems, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
