He'd do anything to protect her...even if it means disappearing forever.

When Addie’s fiancé, Evan, leaves for a work trip and never returns home, she doesn’t just lose the love of her life. She loses her brother’s best friend, the protector who took her under his wing when her family died, and the man who promised her forever.

Losing him shattered her world, and after a year of searching with no answers, Addie finally tries to move on.

But while packing away Evan’s things, she discovers a hidden journal.

Each entry is a bittersweet gift: proof that their love was real and a chance to fall for him all over again.

But between the lines lies something more: clues that finally lead her to him.

Only, when she comes face-to-face with the man she once knew, he’s not the same man she fell in love with.

He’s cold. Powerful.

Dangerous.

And even though he knows her better than anyone, he acts as if they’re strangers—telling her to go home and forget they ever met.

Heartbroken and confused, Addie doesn’t know whether to walk away… or fight for the man she believes is still inside him.

But just when she’s about to give up hope, she catches a fleeting glimpse of the man she once knew. And in a rare moment when his bodyguards are gone, she’s almost certain she hears him whisper: “Disappearing was the only way I could keep you safe.”

And in that instant, Addie knows that the man she loves is still in there… but the secrets he’s hiding might be powerful enough to destroy them both.

Editorial Reviews

"This book draws the reader in from start to finish. It was a delightful read. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great escapism." - Amazon Review

"This wasn’t what I expected…it was better! It kept me on the edge of my seat and me wanting more. Judy Corry, your storytelling is amazing! I can’t wait to read more of your books. You have found a fan in me for sure!" - Amazon Reviewer

"This was my first time reading a book by this author and I was so pleasantly surprised! The plot held my interest and I found myself not really wanting to put it down because I was genuinely engaged and invested in the story. The characters were likable and the chemistry was believable. I love that this book was clean. Sure, there are romantic scenes... but they only build the chemistry and nothing explicit is mentioned. That was so refreshing to see in a Mafia Romance because it's so rare. I also appreciated the twists and turns - the touch of mystery made it more intriguing. I am starting the next book in the series right now!" - Amazon Reviewer

Not what I expected but still good.

I really enjoy this author’s work and have read all her books. This book was different in the way that there was a bit intrigue and mystery to what happened to Evan. Parts I enjoyed: the journals, the reuniting and the couple together. Parts I didn’t like: there were some questions that I feel the book didn’t fully answer and situations that were used more to push the story forward than to give the information needed in the scene. The story is still enjoyable and comes to a swoony happily ever after.

Hide Away With You

I would have rated this higher if more about Addie’s parents deaths had been revealed. Also details on how it was actually all solved were missing. It was an okay read but the dialogue when Addie got to Naples was a bit clunky and Addies actions seemed stupid if she was in hiding as well.If you can forgive a few shortcomings its okay to read.

So many secrets

This is the first part of a series, the books should be read in order. This book is intense. Be prepared to spend the night, because you won't be able to sleep before it's finished.I loved all the characters I already knew from the previous series. It was really good to read about the backstory, if you already knew they were a couple. But the story didn't end when they came together, but the hardest time was still ahead.

WHAT IS THIS BOOK?!

I loved it. The plot had me sitting on the edge and guessing. It had me reading all through the night, and as a parent of three young kids it was worth the exhaustion the next day to see where the story was going. Definitely read her Eden Fall Academy series first cause it will make the characters make more sense with character development and such. I love all her books. Go read them.
