3.5⭐Whilst I've read most of the Ridgewater High series, this is a great start to the series. I love the way the characters in the series were introduced. Liam and Cassie were super cute. It was a sweet read.

Not Insta-love based solely upon physical appearance

Anticipating being quarterback for his high school football team, he's transformed into a buff athlete.Cassie navigates life with her mother and step father (who has adopted her). They are going on their annual anniversary trip, and Cassie gets to hang out with her girlfriend for the week, who happens to have an annoying older brother, one Cassie used to have a crush on.I like that these two are getting to know one another for real. It's not a physical Insta-love.
