All Fall Down

The book started off well, lots of action and suspense. Sadly that tapered off the further into the book I got. The plot had lots of potential but for me was lacking the gritty edge I was expecting, hence the low review.

A great story

I really enjoyed this book. The h is a strong, stubborn woman. It has a good plot and is well written with a few twist and turns.

Brotherly love, trumps all?

They never should have killed his friend and taken his brother. Navy SEAL Rafe Kelly just wanted time to heal and be with family before being deployed again. He never expected to be held hostage, see his friend die, face losing his brother and on the same day meet a woman who sets his heart on fire. It was just another call out, just another hostage to save until she saw him! Now hostage negotiator Claire Michaels will do anything to protect him and save his brother and maybe along the way she will find peace and an everlasting love. Only a vengeful Al-Qaeda operative stands in her way. I thought the characters were well thought out and although there were parts that were a little far fetched there was enough action and twists and turns to keep me thoroughly entertained. An enjoyable fast paced clean romantic suspense. If you are looking for hot sex than this is not the book for you.

Excellent

This author is now one of my favourites in the romantic suspense genre. The book is full of action and suspense from the first page to the last. There are a number of key characters, however, Rafe, a wounded seal visiting home to recuperate and Claire, a police hostage negotiator come together when a terrorist straps a bomb vest on Gary and makes Rafe dance to his tune on the roof top of his parents building and culminating in the final chapter in Afghanistan.

Spannung von Anfang bis Ende

Dieser Roman ist spannend von Anfang bis Ende, kommt dabei aber ohne allzu brutale Schilderungen aus. Am Rande entwickelt sich eine nette Romanze. Für mich als etwas zarter beseitete Frau genau das Richtige. Clean read. Diese Autorin werde ich mir merken!
