A must read

My goodness LL Muir is a clever storyteller. She builds the tension and suspense on the one hand while magnificently interweaving comedy and romance into the storyline with the other. Can't wait now for the next instalment in the Scarlet Plumiere series of the Four Kings.

Worth the wait

Another of the Four Kings gets a queen! I am so happy for Stanley after what happened to him! As I try to write my review for this book, I keep going back to how the grandpa describes the princess bride... adventure, fencing, true love... this book had it all. Another great read, thank you! It was worth the wait!

Another wonderful story in an excellent series

I loved the first two stories in this series and have been anxiously awaiting Stanleys story. I was not disappointed. Fun plot, loveable heros and a despicable villian. True love triumphs, who could ask for more. Wait a minute, I could. How about Harcourt? Hhhmmmmm.........
