My new roommate was supposed to be a girl…

Imagine my surprise when the dead sexy famous photographer Jamie Green shows up with his dog.

I'm tempted to tell him to get lost, but I need the cash to keep my house. But Jamie has problems of his own. He just found out his kid being neglected and he's going after custody. He presents a proposal that can fix both our problems—get married.

I say yes, but only because we sign a prenup that will leave me a million dollars richer at the end of a year and a promised divorce.

His lawyer told him that when social services starts sniffing around we have to act like we're really married.

That means he has to move into my room. The bed's a queen and he's six four.....

Mutual Benefits

I like how two people needing something important to themselves find a mutual benefit. Photographer Jamie Green has his mission to see and meet his recently discovered son Garrett and Dancer-Tourist Guide Bonnie Davis is trying to save her house. Their story is a growth where shy Bonnie becomes more secure in herself and Jamie learns that love can come at any time. I like their happy ending even if it seemed life kept tossing lemons. The only discrepancy was how Jamie learned about his son’s discovery - book 1 Blake sees Jamie at Lukas and Tess’s wedding and tells him in person but in book 2 Blake telephones Jamie. All in all it’s a good story that yes, segues into the next book. Critical to read in order. I purchased this copy from the author’s website and voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Millionaires need love too!

Another great addition to the Omega Mu Alpha Brothers series! Bethany is struggling to pay the bills so that she can keep her childhood home that she inherited when her parents died unexpectedly in a sailing accident. Jamie needs a place to live while he fights for custody of a son he never knew existed. When Bethany agrees to get a roommate in order to pay the bills, she expects another woman. Instead, a hunky Jamie arrives with his Doberman, Hexa. When you add in a nosy neighbor, a lawyer with unrequited love & an adorable 6 year old boy, you have a great story. This book reminded me of the old Cary Grant/Doris Day movies from the 1950's, with misunderstandings, humorous interactions & a marriage of convenience. I love Ms. Loth's writing style & her stories are always entertaining. If you are looking for a clean romance with a great story, this one is for you! I look forward to reading more in the Omega Mu Alpha series!

3/5 ⭐️There was so much going on in Jamie and Bethany’s individual lives that brought them together. Their relationship, the neighbors, and their ex’s just seemed to be there for the drama and continue the story. This was not as good as the first book in the series, but I love the idea of it so I am going to keep going.
