I really loved this story. Zach and Danielle had an "interesting" past, and an explosive chemistry. Danielle was keeping a huge secret from Zach, and she was so worried it would ruin any possibility of them as a couple. I really enjoyed how strong Zach was when he knew that Danielle was "it" for him. I highly recommend this book.

AN EMOTIONAL REUNION

Now that she is back in town, and runs up into hisBrother Zach; she needs to keep her distance as she has a huge secret. As their renewed relationship struggles; she fights to keep her son and Zach apart.

Great read!

This was a super cute love story, friends who held feeling s for each other. This story is bit taboo bc the heroine was engaged to his brother, whom passed away. Years later they are back in each others lives. Will they finally get there HEA?

Excellent, sweet, clean romance

The Second Chance Patriot was a clean, sweet, fun book. Zach and Danielle had great chemistry. The other characters were also vividly portrayed. This is sort of a second chance romance. There are several bumps in the road to an HEA. I thoroughly enjoyed this story.

Secrets, misunderstandings, and overcoming the past

The book was okay. It was hard for me to like Zach and Danielle because they didn’t come across well-rounded or genuine. Reading this felt more like watching a story happen from a distance instead of being drawn into it. There were sad moments, but a nice happy ending.
