She made a list of what she wanted in a husband. Might be time to check it…twice.

Junie Harper is no stranger to the rumor that Santa’s radio brings couples together. She’s heard stories of the radio’s matchmaking magic her whole life. As a child, Junie created a list of everything she wanted in a husband, just to make sure Santa paired her with the right person.

But Santa never got the list. It was still in her stocking Christmas morning. And though the radio played for her and Harper’s Inn’s chef, Mason Devries, Mason is nothing like the qualities she’d specified she wanted all those years before.

When nothing comes of the radio’s interference, the two play it off and attempt to pretend the connection they experienced never happened. But when a flurry on the mountaintop traps Junie and Mason together at the inn's event center, they discover that Santa isn’t done with them yet.

Fans of close proximity, Santa magic, and second chance romance will love this adorable installment in the Santa's Radio Christmas Romance series by bestselling sweet romance author Catelyn Meadows!

Sweet Christmas Story

This is sweet, clean, well written and at least HFN. It has some family angst and a MMC whose self image suffers from that. It does have a build up to the next story rather than a clear ending, but it’s not really a cliffhanger. The Christmas magic elements are whimsical.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Mason and Junie

Santa is at it again in this latest story from Catelyn Meadows. Unfortunately for Junie he is making up his own rules. We learn that Santa's radio has already played for Mason and Junie but it was not their time. Mason is fighting his attraction to Junie for reasons that become clear as the story unfolds.I really enjoyed the magic that Santa created at the events centre. Catelyn does Christmas magic very well and I found myself waiting for it to happen.Mason has his own challenges due to his upbringing and his relationship with his family primarily his father. This causes him to question the possibility of a relationship with Junie. The way Catelyn brings the story to a happy ending is very enjoyable. Bring on the next instalment of Santa magic.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Merry Rekindled Hearts

Rumor has it that if you and another person hear Santa's Radio playing that it will bring you together. That is what happened to Boone and Grace and they are now married and expecting a baby. Juniper "Junie" Harper, Manager of Harper's Inn, had heard these stories all of her life and now she is hearing the music along with the Head Chef at Harper's Inn, Mason Devries.Mason likes Junie and thinks she is great but the thought of a relationship scares him, especially after his last girlfriend, Katy. His dad makes him feel inferior and has all of his life. He does not understand how I can not follow in his profession and be important, instead I am just a lowly cook and will never get ahead or make my life be anything but a joke. Junie thinks Mason is great but to help Santa along in choosing a mate for her she put her old list of everything she wants in a husband in her stocking waiting on Santa to retrieve it and grant her the perfect man. But the note was still in her stocking the next morning, so much for her helping Santa. So what will happen with Junie and Mason? Will Santa put them together and not let them both deny the attraction again? Time and this great book will provide you with the answers, so be sure to check it out soon.

THE WONDERS OF CHRISTMAS

The story is part of Santa’s Radio Christmas Romance series, and while it is an ongoing series with different couples, each book can be read as a stand-alone. Without rehashing previous storylines, there is enough mention of the former couples, to give the reader insight into how they came about. In this story, Junie and Mason will both hear the radio play—but before it goes too far, he pulls back and breaks her heart.Juniper ‘Junie’ Harper is now running the Harper Inn that has been in her family. Her grandparents had it, then her mother, and now she is the owner. It is located in Montana and is known for its warm hospitality, delightful staff, and the chef, Mason Devries and his staff who serve culinary dishes that rival famous restaurants.Junie: I was so sure the radio’s magic was real—Boone: It is real.Junie: I’ve always known it would play for me. That its magic would work the same as it did a hundred years ago and I’d find the perfect man—or a man who would be perfect for me.Boone: I thought you said it did. I thought the radio played for you and Mason.Junie: It did.Grace: But?Junie: It played every day. The same year the radio played for you, the same year it brought you two together, Mason and I found ourselves standing in front of the radio. Every night we got a little closer. He even kissed me, and I thought for sure this was it. This was the start of my festive fairytale. It’s like the instant Mason suspected I was hoping the radio playing meant more for us, he stopped talking to me. He kept his distance. It’s like he can’t stand me.The story revolves around Santa, wishes, and a magic old radio that plays and brings couples together. That is what happened in the first two books—and what Junie wants for herself more than anything else. She is losing her faith in Santa, and in the radio, and is ready to give up and change things around. What happens when Santa learns of her disbelief in the magic of Christmas?“You’ve been one of my most staunch supporters for a long time. Don’t lose that faith in me—in people. In him. Merry Christmas, Junie.”I loved this sweet clean Christmas story of memories, dreams, hopes, and wishes. The friendship of Mason and Junie will hit a snag, but with a bit of Christmas magic, they will find more awaits them.

Charming

This book was charming and heartwarming, just what a body needs any time but is especially meaningful around Christmas.I love that Junie is such a believer in Santa; it gives her character the innocence this story is all about. The back and forth of Junie and Mason in their blossoming love was frustrating but it also seemed real, which makes the book that much better. Of course a happily ever after is the goal, but it doesn't come easily.I loved this book and now, of course, I want to read more of the series.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
