She’s lost her music, her memories, and maybe her heart.

Adrianna Mueller once commanded the world’s grandest stages, a concert pianist celebrated for her brilliance. But when she wakes from a coma after a devastating car accident, her gift—and her past—are gone. No matter how hard she tries, the music won’t return, and neither will the memories of the life everyone insists she should want back.

Her family. Her friends. Even Brock, the fiancé she can’t remember loving—all of them want her to be the woman she was before. Everyone except Gavin, her brother’s business partner. Gavin sees the Adrianna she is now—vulnerable, searching, and brave—and against his better judgment, he finds himself falling for her.

But Gavin has troubles of his own: a brewing scandal over an employee’s embezzlement, secrets that could shatter everything he’s built, and feelings for Adrianna he has no right to have. Then a late-night trip to the emergency room upends all of their carefully drawn lines, forcing Adrianna to face an impossible question—does she want the life she had, or the one she’s only beginning to imagine?

Just OK

I think this was an okay read. I found the story very predictable, which made me not want to finish it initially. About halfway through it did get better and I wanted to finish it.

Good story

I liked this story. I felt that sometimes there were sidetracks to the story--things thrown in that were not central to the story, conversation or detail sidetracks--I scan-read those. I wasn't sure how much to "believe" all the situations that lack of "Adie's" memory created. However, I did like the characters and I am always up for a good amnesia story.

Love this book

When i first started reading this book I thought i knew how it was going to end, but it had a complete twist right in the middle of the story.

Average clean romance

An accident, amnesia and life changing events.
The story was not bad, but I agree with another reviewer the author did to trust the readers enough to not the all too not so subtle hints as to what was going on.
But an okay read.

Weak, boring

* I have received a free copy of this book in exchange for my review
The story could have been so great, if only the author know how to make it so!...
Even if the premise is a little too far-fetched (I don't want to spoil the story for anyone), it could have still been used to create a beautiful story. Instead, the first half of the book is truly boring. The main character is lifeless, doesn't seem to be able to take her own decisions (which is a trait that persists throughout the book). There is not enough conflict, not enough tension, it's not evident that there was an accident, that Adrianna has amnesia.

About halfway through the book comes a twist, which made me reconsider my decision to stop reading. I kept going on and I thought, for a while, that things are picking up. But I was disappointed. I think the author lacks the talent to create real conflict. Even if all the elements are there, they are not put together properly.

I could not enjoy this book, even if I tried hard.
