She’s moving forward with a clean slate.

Christine Alexander wants to prove herself as a top-notch winemaker. In small town Harmony Valley, she's got a chance to build something legitimate and lasting. If only part-owner Slade Jennings would quit poking his attractive nose in her cabernet.

He can’t move on without shedding the baggage of his past.

Brooding, numbers guy Slade doesn’t want to return to his small hometown where his life fell apart, much less start a business or raise his young twin girls there. Good

A really good story with hard stuff. Really enjoyed the comraderie of the partners. The town is precious, even with it's out of balance age factor. The characters are quirky and engaging. I especially loved Mr Takata. He is a gem. The ending was amazingly good and satisfying. Definitely recommend to anyone who has suicide issues to address.

Clean romance

This clean romance is the 3rd book in the Love in Harmony Valley series and is by far my favorite! The author doesn't shy away from a serious & tragic subject but writes the story with finesse and grace & manages to not make the story dark or depressing. You will definitely feel all the emotions when reading this book, which is what makes a book great.I am a sucker for single parent tropes and the author did a fantastic job portraying the youngsters in this book.I definitely recommend you add this to your TBR!

Heartwarming and heartbreaking

Wow what a story this one was. The third one in Love In Harmony Valley. It was a very emotional book. As I titled it heartwarming and heartbreaking it was just that..I laughed and cried. My heart was all over the place. Slade fights living in a home that belonged to his parents. It represents things that he keeps locked inside of him. He lives with the pain of these things everyday hiding from his friends. He never reveals the truth. His friends mean well..Christine who they hire at the winery she breaks down his walls...He pulls back once the truth he’s hidden is out..He’s shocked how his friends along with Christine show him they stand right by him. Even his daughters who know his secret because of there mother don’t hold that’s against there dad. They don’t want to desert him...they him no matter what. A special moment between father and daughters that will make your heart warm.A highly recommend this book along with the first-Dandelion WishesSecond A Small Town Second Chances-so good I cried..

I love Slade!

I really enjoyed this book. It's all about love and forgiveness (of oneself and others) and letting people in.Slade is the money man behind the winery on Harmony Valley. He is seriously all business (wears a tie every day! ) Christine is the brains they hire to make the wine. Slade has a very troubled past that he can't let go of. Christine's family motto (when wine making at least) is to get out before it gets messy.Slade has a set of adorable twin girls. When his ex- wife drops them off and they won't talk to him, can he earn their trust? Can he get Faith and Grace to love him?I loved everything about this book.
