Christmas Pact

I absolutely love Demi Checketts books! This one didn't disappoint. It was full of every possible emotion and kept you waiting in suspense. Would she give him a chance, would they fall in love, would the bad guy come back for her. I had a really hard time putting it down but it did not disappoint!

Trust.

I had as hard a time getting into this book as our leading lady did allowing anyone into her life. The story had some fairly predictable moments but ended on a good note.

Christmas Pact

I enjoyed reading about Allison and Von. It was full of romance and had a bit of danger and excitement included. Allison and Von were neighbors. Allison had suffered so much loss and a brutal attack in her past. Von was a retired pro basketball player who had also suffered loss. Can they learn to trust and put the past behind them in order to find their own happiness?

Many good things.

So happy that the horrible sobie Wes did not succeed. So happy that Ryan was able to stay close to the family. So happy that Josh had so many awesome role models. So happy that Aly and Von survived and thrived in spite of the attack and so happy Frank and Irene got together. Lots to be happy about. Thanks again Cami.

Romance Triangle

I thought this one was more like an action romance and a near death experience than the Christmas story that I was expecting. It’s still a good story, and as usual, everything works out in the end.
