The heart doesn’t forget.

Charlie had no intention of falling in love. In fact, it was the last thing on her mind. Running her grandmother’s retirement home seems like the safest place for her.

Mitchell has finally located his grandmother. He leaves his multi-billion-dollar real estate company and flies to Sitka, Alaska to reunite with her.

Brought together by Mitchell’s grandmother, Charlie can’t help but feel a connection to Mitchell. Just when she finds herself opening up to him, his fiancée shows up.

Now asked to help with the wedding, Charlie’s convinced it’s for the best.

Thumbs up!

Lovely book, I just wish it could have been longer! Only because I was loving it so much. Although, to be fair, it did take a good 5 hours or so to read!

It was okay

It's a good read and the character development.is decent but they introduce the mom of Mitchell as being cold and hard hearted and then completely drop her from the plot line. We don't know if she likes Charlie or what happened after the last phone halfway through the book. Anyway also found it confusing that Victoria just agrees to drop the engagement without a fight. I mean billions are apparently on the line. So I guess for this author clean book also means no conflict.
