They say never judge a book by it's cover and unfortunately I did. I thought the guy on the cover was gorgeous so I bought the book and couldn't even finish it. There was nothing to committ to memory (except the guy on the cover)

Cute

This was a really sweet read. 2 broken people who find each other Luke is the Sheriff in town. He pulls over Millie for speeding and gives her a ticket. She decides to be his friend.

The story is okay, but I found a lot of typo errors throughout the book very off putting. I also found the authors writing style not really one I liked, but that’s not to say other readers will enjoy reading this book

boring

I like the idea of it but because things happened so quickly if felt unreal and incomplete. Also the fact that he felt reject when he was gonna kiss her but she ran. and said he would never put himself out there and in the next chapter he kisses her. 🙄

Millie and Luke

This is a beautiful, emotional story about Millie and Luke. Millie lost her husband to her former best friend. Luke lost his wife to cancer. Luke doesn’t feel like he deserves a happily ever after and Millie is giving up on men. When she moves to Hidden Hollows, the first person she meets is Luke, when he writes her a ticket.
