In the wispy dark of a foggy night, the children come. The children die.

Jenny Greenteeth croons to them, her keening call they cannot deny.

A ghost witch cloaked in fog hunts the children of Blaylock Bay. She’s been doing it for centuries and she never gives back what she has taken. Dozens of children found their final resting place at the bottom of her pond. But no one knows the truth.

Until Sophie Howell loses her little brother, Sam, the night her grandmother was supposed to die.

But Gram didn’t die and Sam wasn’t found.

Sophie heard the stories and she thinks Sam is at the bottom of the pond on Grimm Road. Her family and friends thinks she crazy, but she goes looking for him anyway.

Instead of her brother, she finds herself face to face with Jenny Greenteeth.

If Foster Grimm, who is too charming for his own good, hadn’t been there to haul her out of the freezing water, Sophie would have ended up at the bottom as well. Now she has caught the curious Foster’s interest.

But the children aren’t the only thing that Jenny hunts for and Sophie is in her way, keeping her from claiming Foster. Angering a centuries old witch is not the best way to find Sam.

Now Sophie will have to learn to trust Foster, whose eyes are so blue and skin so warm, if she is to have any hope of solving Jenny’s mystery.

But when more children disappear, Sophie realizes that she might not be able to save anyone, including herself…

Edge of my Seat Thrills

When Sophie's little brother is stolen in the middle of the night while she waits by her grandmother's sickbed, she takes it upon herself to rescue him. But how she ends up on Grimm road is anyone's guess. And it isn't the first time she'll find herself there... or rescued by the newly returned Foster Grimm. There are strange and terrifying things going on in this sleepy little town, and Sophie is sure the handsome Foster Grimm and his family have something to do with them. There is a legend few remember, and Sophie has decided to get to the bottom of it, whether is means saving her little brother or joining him. This author amazes me with her ability to frighten and yet hook me every time I read one of her books. She has a connection to the macabre that not everyone has, and how she unfurls her tales always takes me on a spine-tingling adventure that has me unnerved but keeps me turning the pages. This is another example of her brilliance in the art of supernaturally suspense.

Loss makes strange friends

This book is so freaking good. It has some serious creepy vibes, and the descriptions are on point. I could picture the ghost so well that I may have lost a little sleep at first. But then Sophie took me on such a journey to find the children that have been taken. Her love for her brother is so beautiful, and her endless hunt for answers took hold of me to want to find those same answers. Sophie was definitely there to cause trouble for the status quo. With her friends that she makes along the way and newfound love, they will not give up until the answers are found. I loved Sophie and her father's relationship, and while he knew she was up to something, he allowed that space for her to do it, but also reminding her that she was important too. This was so well written that I wouldn't have thought it was by two authors as it was seamless. The twists that this book took were so surprising to me, and the secrets that were revealed just kept me guessing the entire time. I can not recommend this book enough, even if my lack of sleep is prominent today.

When Sophie tries to ask the families they don’t appear to remember anything. The more Sophie digs the more danger she puts herself in. With help from her friends can she save her brother and the other children in time or will they all be lost To the Curse of Jenny Greene. This story is a chilling tale filled with lots of twist and turns, I couldn’t put it down.
