Super

A retelling of the story of Ruth. Very well done. Well written and I was caught up in this story from the beginning. These retellings from the Bible are so well done by these authors. Highly recommend.

Wonderful book

There was nothing that I disliked about this book. It was so close to the story of Ruth in the Bible. It was very inspiring and told
how God always has special wonderful plans for our lives no matter what trials we are going through. I would like to see more Amish stories based on books from the Bible.

Juvenile 11-15 age reading

Glad I didn’t pay for it; but would have been interesting at 11-15 years of age.

Read this story with a lot of hope

I found this story to be one of hope and peace. When one door closes another opens. Enjoyed it and found it very interesting.

I couldn’t stop reading

This book captured my attention from the beginning to the end. How appropriate for 2 characters to be named Ruth and Naomi. Even the gleaning of the corn was biblical. Only another good book should follow this one.
