The book is so good you can feel all that they are going through.

Another wonderful book in this series and I am so glad I bought the whole series. I got so angry when Susan's ex-husband entered back into the picture. But I loved when he got arrested while at the inn and helped her without even knowing he was doing it. Yes, that was justice. Yes, I get so involved in this series and now I am onto the next book. Buy the series, it is fabulous.

Terribly written formula "romance"

This series is about the people living on an Island off Florida's West coast. It is also about the stories of strong professional women who all own businesses on this island. Three of the main characters, Julie, Tally and Susan are mature women. Yet, they act like teenagers with it comes to the opposite sex. And I will tell you I wish I could find this island (I do live on the gulf coast of FL) because any man who steps foot on this island instantly falls in love with the women on the island. Mature women who are supposed to have been burned by men in the past are marrying them based on nothing but a kiss and a story that they have not vetted in any way. What a horrible message to send to real women. No, men do not decide to marry a mature woman within a week of meeting her. And no, women shouldn't marry men that come to visit from all sorts of locations with no proof of who they are or what they say. I had the whole series downloaded and just decided to take the loss and delete them all. Apparently this author took a course on how to write a romance novel and then just filled in the blanks to make a story and book. Do not waste your time or your money.

Love at the lighthouse

I liked the book. It was a bit rambling but enjoyable. Not a great read but a definite good read.

Another winner from Kay Correli

Friends Julie, Susan and Tally live and work on Belle Island off the Florida coast, all have known love and the pain that can go along with it. Susan and her son Jamie manage an Inn she inherited from her brother. The Inn has a special place in Susan's heart allowing her a place to start over and find healing after the end of a bad marriage, and it is where Jamie spent many summers working for his uncle and staying away from the cruelness of his stepfather.
Adam shows up at the Inn with plans to purchase the Inn for his new employer a job he needs to succeed at to get the large bonus he was promised. The problem is the owners don't want to sell and Adam isn't sure he can go to the lengths his new employer wants him to use, to acquire it, he also can't discount the attraction he is beginning to feel for Susan.
Will the budding romance survive Susan's uncertainties about her judgement when it comes to men. Will Adam be able to do what is right for Susan and Jamie. Will they be able to keep the Inn from the clutches of a ruthless real estate developer who will use any means to take control of the Inn and destroy Susan and Jamie's life.
