Entertaining and fun read!

Collin Farr is running a large hotel in Hawaii while training about a dozen interns. After the costly fiasco with a previous intern Collin doesn't allow any fraternizing among co-workers. As he is welcoming the new group of interns his eyes meet those of a goegeous woman. The same woman he was down right rude to on the beach. All he can do now is hope she isn't his new general manager intern.Piper Allen and her two besties have arrived in Hawaii as interns at one of the world's largest hotels to finish their college degrees. Piper hopes to gain the experience she needs to some day take over management of her parents Seattle hotel. But a run in with a rude surfer on their first day has Piper frustrated when he turns out to be her new boss. As much as Piper keeps insisting she is just there to learn and has no interest in a relationship, and Collin refuses to ever date an employee, it seems the heart wants what it wants. So what will they do when Piper's internship is over and she returns to Seattle?I received an ARC and voluntarily offer this review.

Engaging

This is a well written and engaging book. It’s a cute story with beaches, resort life, sometimes frustrations, a little mystery, and clean romance. It’s an easy and fast read as you’ll just want to keep reading to find out what happens next. The characters are believable and have realistic qualities that can be both pleasant and frustrating. It’s refreshing to read a romance book that’s not full of raunchy descriptions.

Thoroughly enjoyed this story of Colin and Piper. They are so focused on their careers and dreams that love was not part of the equation at. All. I really enjoyed how the author allowed us to get to know Colin and Piper individually instead of just throwing them together. I have loved reading this story and the beautiful way their conflicts were resolved. Another great read from my new favorite author.

When dreams change...

Piper and Collin each are content to stay focused on the work at-hand, especially since both have been burned in the past. But in the process of trying to hold each other at arm's length, they come to realize that maybe that's not really what they want.The problem is, with the ground rules of their working relationship already set, which one of them will cross the line first? And should they?After all, Piper isn't planning on staying in Hawaii. She has every intention of returning to Seattle to run her family's hotel. And there's no way that Collin can return to Seattle after running away from there to avoid the painful memories of the past.So, with no clear path forward, perhaps it's not even worth pursuing anything more and risking the friendship they've already developed...You'll have to read the book to find out what happens, but it's a fun and entertaining ride to unmask the secret behind the masquerade kiss.

A Sweet Romance

Another enchanting romance in the Kiss Me Collection!!Colin and Piper had a lot to overcome to be together. Colin kisses Piper, in the dark, at a Masquerade party on New Years Eve. Piper goes on a hunt to find out who gave her that phenomenal kiss, while working side by side with Colin.This was a romance with friendship, respect and love. What more could you ask for? Maybe that it takes place in Hawaii?? Well it does and it does not disappoint!! I’m enjoying this Kiss Me Collection and look forward to book three!!
