It’s time to break FREE.

The evil ruler of WPN has been vanquished, leaving a power vacuum in his wake. His departure also left the world in upheaval. Again. Because of her involvement in his removal, all eyes turn to Ruby. The struggle over WPN’s new leader isn’t Ruby’s only problem, though.

A powerful few still see the Marked kids as a threat and want them eliminated. Ruby’s aunt is in even more danger than before, and the Marked themselves are tired of waiting to be saved. They’re preparing to take action themselves, but it could make everything worse.

Can Ruby uncover what really happened more than ten years ago before it's too late? Or will she be forced to choose between saving her family and those who have never had a champion?

Must for continuation

I had to get the 3rd one to know how the main plot of the story progressed.

Good read

Liked the series but thought it was similar to the Hunger Game's love triangle. The idea and story was brilliant. Loved the twists and turns.

The Queen of the Marked

The plot twists just keep coming, and I was shocked by a few towards the end. Saddened by one as I had grown attached to the character and surprised by the revelations of the other. This series is engaging, and the characters are so likeable and relatable that you can imagine befriending Ruby, Sam, Wesley, and Rafe - well, maybe not Rafe so much as his angry self is a bit too volatile for my tastes. There is so much death and deception, but moments of hope and joy like Libby and Rose who shine a light into the darkness, however brief. Ruby has some tough choices to make, and she will have to live with the consequences. Time will tell if they are the right ones.

Awesome series

Loved this. Some people have mentioned Hunger games etc but it's totally original and I couldn't put it down. Lots of twists and turns that will make you laugh and cry, with a good splash of romance.

Wonderful!

Although I wish there was more to read, the story ended well and did not leave you hanging or wondering! I was completely hooked by this series and absolutely loved it!I absolutely loved the Divergent series by Veronica Roth and I would compare this series to that in content and quality. I really think this would make an awesome movie!!
