A family Christmas

Trey is just out of jail and finds his ex fiancee is getting married next day. He ends up at the wedding and she eventually agrees to talk. He is about to leave when their son, TJ, demands to be with his father. Mckenna gets in the truck and off they go. You would think the guy at the alter and anyone else there would follow but no. She agrees to allow Trey to spend Christmas with his son. She still loves him and comes to see what a great father he would be. A shortish and very optimistic story of a reformed trouble maker becoming a man to be looked up to. He can't stand by and do nothing when someone isvin trouble.

I get lost in any book written by Jane Porter when life gives me lemons and I do not want to make lemonade. Thanks for your great books Jane. I reread your books all the time.

Another great, entertaining read in the series from Jane.

Trey is back, let out of prison for good behaviour, he quickly learns that McKenna, his love and the mother of his son, TJ, is getting married the next day. He doesn't know what to do, he's learnt patience in prison but needs to make sure that he'll be able to see his son, without restrictions. He turns up at the church, all in black! And walks in, an entertaining time is then had! TJ recognises his father, even though he hasn't seen him for two years and he's only five, he rushes up to him and won't let him go. Then Trey wants to talk to McKenna, she's not too happy about it but has been in love with him for years, although she's marrying another, safer, respectable man. As Trey leaves TJ follows and asks why he can't go with him, and the adventure begins!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
