Honeymoon for Four is the third book in the Honeymoon Series by Chris Keniston. I think this particular novel may be one of my favorites by Chris Keniston. After all, trying to save your mom or dad from getting married too quickly to the wrong person on a cruise can only have some humor.
Angela Cannon’s mother has decided to get remarried rather quickly on a cruise to a man she has never met in person. Angela is worried, as most daughters would be. So what does Angela do? She buys a ticket for the same cruise thinking she can stop her mother before it is too late.
Devon Miller’s father shared with his son that he is getting married to a woman he's never met in person on a cruise. Devin is appalled. He knows his father's a great catch and has quite a bit of money; he doesn't want some harpy to marry his father for his money and make his life horrible. Devin has to find a solution. The only one he can think of is to go on the cruise and stop this wedding.
Angela and Devin don't know that the cruise is for couples. They also don't know about the huge number of people on the ship and all the events are for couples. After running into each other they realized that together they have a better chance of saving each of their parents. Neither realized their parents were the ones that were getting married to each other.
This book made me laugh and chuckle in quite a few places. It is like the parent and the child reversed roles. The two children were constantly worrying about what was happening to their parents. While the parents were having a great time together. Honeymoon for Four by Chris Keniston is a fun read.
