After his final deployment in Afghanistan, Robert "Bo" Carver is ready for a fresh start—one that includes running his family’s beloved ranch and maybe, just maybe, building a future with someone special. When he meets Tosca Michaels, the new nurse at the Juniper Ridge medical clinic, Bo dares to believe he might finally have everything he’s ever wanted. But Tosca isn’t looking for love; she’s just grateful to have survived her last relationship. Still, there’s something about this cowboy that’s hard to resist.

Meanwhile, Bo’s twin brother, Hank, has his hands full fighting his own battle of the heart. Joquell Westbury, the beautiful new director of the Juniper Ridge Ambulance Service, is smart, capable... and the woman who swooped in and bought Hank’s dream home right out from under him. Determined to keep his distance, Hank soon finds that the more he gets to know Joquell, the harder it is to hold onto his resentment—and the easier it is to fall for her.

As Bo and Hank each navigate love, trust, and the messy business of letting go of old hurts, they’ll learn that sometimes, the heart knows exactly where home really is.

Clean romance set in the Rockies

This story follows two love stories between four main characters—Margot (who becomes Tosca in witness protection after she sees her boyfriend kill someone), Joquell (who is trying to escape her disapproving parents who want her to become a surgeon and follow in their footsteps), and Bo and Hank Carver (brothers who each are attracted to one of the girls). The story is set in Juniper Ridge, Colorado and is a clean read. None of the characters really grabbed me, but the story was interesting enough to keep me reading to the end.

Enjoyed!

Identity is the second book in the Carver Ranch series. Identity is two stories in one about a set of twin brothers, Bo and Hank. Bo is home and is not going back to the Middle East. He is ready to take over the family ranch. Hank is frustrated because the house he'd been dreaming of buying suddenly gets sold to someone else. Bo and Hank each meet a woman that piques their interest. But of course nothing can be easy, there is a catch. Will either of the brothers be able to work past the issues that are presented? This story was very good, and I definitely recommend this book.

Enjoyable read!

At first, I was a bit confused because the story jumps from Margot entering the witness protecting program to Joquell just having moved to juniper ridge. I wasn't sure how or even if, their stories connected. I just had to have a little patience to follow the story. These ladies fall in love with brothers Bo and Hank. There is so much packed into this story that it really could have been two books, but I enjoyed the whole thing and it left me wanting so much to read the third book in the series. It was clean and sweet with some action. Definitely worth reading! Very enjoyable!

Another great story!

This book is following twin brothers Bo & Hank. The brothers are entering relationships with new girls in town. Hank is an engineer that had been helping his father keep the farm going until Bo was home from the service. He hasn't had time for a relationship since he was burned the last time. Now some newcomer to town has swooped in & bought his house out from under him. The house he's been waiting to come on the market for years. Joquell has just moved to town & is anxious to start her new job. Finding & falling in love with a house seems like a sign she's made the right money be. Then he comes into her life. The attraction is there but he's grumpy & overbearing. Joquell reminds Hank of his ex. She has money & no ties to the town. If he gets involved, will she leave him like his ex did? Can they make it work?

No is finally home but they lost his father before he could get there. Now Bo is struggling with the farm, his PTSD, his mother's health & his attraction to a new girl in town. Tosca is trying to fight her attraction to Bo. She's in witness protection & doesn't feel ready to trust a man. She instinctively knows she can trust him but doesn't want to get in too deep. Will they get involved anyway? What happens if her identity is compromised?

This is two stories in one. Both relationships seemed doomed from the beginning. All of them have to overcome trust issues along with other things. They've all been hurt in one way or another & have closed themselves off. The characters are well developed & the plot keeps you involved. The two relationships are so intertwined throughout the story that you can understand why the writer didn't separate them. Another great story by Ms. Tullis.

The best of the three Homecoming books

I was pleasantly surprised to find this the other day and as soon as I had time I devoured it. This is definitely the best of the series so far (please tell me there will be more!). The characters were realistic and well developed. I felt their emotions so strongly that I had tears in my eyes a couple of times. Sweet, clean romance I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone. I really hope we're going to get more of Bo and Tosca's story. I'm waiting impatiently!!
