"I think my husband is with your wife."

I never thought I'd say those words, especially to a man like Beau Weaton, whose wife looks like a quintessential Kardashian. My adorably geeky Greg would never: A—cheat on me in the first place, and B—attract attention from the likes of Trish Wheaton.

But when signs that he's cheating start to pile up, Beau and I gear up for a secret trip of our own: a good old-fashioned sting op!

When the two of us eventually wind up single, I can't help but feel drawn to Beau, the one man who knows the depths of my pain. The trouble is, Beau Wheaton would never fall for a woman like me after losing a trophy wife like Trish.

But when the signs that he likes me start to pile up, my hopes start to rise up.

Please tell me I'm not setting myself up for another broken heart.

Misleading

Although we’re not supposed to judge a book by its cover, I thought this story was touted as a romcom. Unfortunately there were few laughs to be had as the plot dealt with the rather serious and sobering topic of infidelity. On the upside, at least the ending was okay.

good book

I liked this book more than I thought I would. When I read what the book was about I wasn’t so sure I would like it but I did. It was sad what the spouses did but the book doesn’t focus on that. I enjoyed the dynamics with the children and how they helped their parents. Overall a fun book.

fun at forty one

Really good book involving a heavy subject, Divorce and friends . Jack and Parker are buddies, their parents are going through marital problems. Jack’s dad Greg is cheating with Parker’s mom Trish. The boys notice that something’s going on and bring it to their parent’s Beau and Kirsten attention. Trish and Greg are perfect for each other they are selfish and not the best parents! Kirsten and Beau discover that they get along pretty well and start dating!

Sting Op Fun at Forty-one

This book was a little different than previous books I have read by this author. “Sting Op Fun at Forty-one” is a very funny rom-com featuring a couple who discover their significant others are having an affair through their sons. Having said that, the book is hilariously funny and clean. The characters are well developed and personable. The reader gets the bonus of a chance to read another wonderful rom-com by the same author that is equally as entertaining.

Black Op special

The premise for this book is so out there, that its almost truth is stranger than fiction. A really awful icky topic is handled in a totally unexpected refreshing way. I really liked that the boys first noticed something was off and talked to the other parent about it. Both Jack and Parker are stellar young men with their acts together even when their worlds are spiraling out of control, and even look out for the misfit kid who’s even in a worse place. Beau and Kirsten have both been delivered a body punch when they are finally faced with the evidence, but even with the somber situation the author is able to insert lots of appropriate humor and lightens it up. You will be giggling even in weird places. Both of their families and siblings play a huge part and hopefully we’ll get their stories also. I read Braxton and Maggie’s story first and had so much fun with it that I had to read this even though it was described in their book.Clean.
