Gentle fun pick me up

Great characters and some miscommunication, a fun read that made me smile despite some life realities in the background. Derek struggles to express himself but has loved Nara for a long time, I couldn't help but think he deserved happiness.Nara's dad featured, mainly in the background, but was integral to the story. His relationship with Nara was challenging but also addressed.
