She’s desperate for a commission to survive. He’s a suspicious billionaire searching for a mountain escape away from gold diggers.

Real estate agent Cambria Baker desperately needs to make a sale, or she’ll soon be facing homelessness. When her broker asks her to handle a showing up on Mount Hood, Cambria jumps at the chance to save her livelihood. The only problem? The potential buyer is as gruff as he is gorgeous, and he is thoroughly unimpressed with both her and the dilapidated cabin.

Tech billionaire Adam Zeile wants to build the perfect mountain lodge where he can finally forget about work and the women who are only interested in his massive net worth. While he’s excited to see a property with a dream view, the beautiful real estate agent’s desperate eagerness to make the sale immediately raises his suspicions.

The stakes skyrocket when a sudden mudslide traps them together inside the rundown cabin, forcing them to put aside their stark differences. As they weather the storm, mutual respect slowly grows into a powerful attraction, and an unforgettable kiss changes everything. The romantic conflict is clear: once they are finally rescued and return to reality, can their newfound connection survive, or are they better off burying their feelings and saying goodbye?

I enjoyed stories of the Billionaires of Silicon Forest

This was a fun read of many short stories. It was nice to have a lot of short stories rather than one that lasted many hours. The shorter stories allowed me to finish each story so I could just read it when I had a little time here and there. Good writing and likable characters.

A disappointment. Not worth the read

After reading the first three books I was excited to see two more had been released. What a disappointment. The first three were well developed stories. This one felt unrealistic and hurriedly thrown together. Had I read this first I would never have read books 1-3. It would be nice if the author would do a redo and bring this one up to the same level of the others.
