Clean wholesome read

This is a clean second chance hockey romance. They are best friends who were about to get married. His parents intervened and separated them. Each blames the the other.Now they are forced to walk down the isle together for her sister/ his best friends wedding.I absolutely love this story. I listened to the audio version! I love these Narrators! They do a great job! I wouldn’t love to hear them do other books!

HOLY HOCKEY STICKS!! This was AMAZING!! I devoured this book. I was drawn in from the beginning and I didn't want this story to end. I had such a great time getting to know Elijah and Koren. I fell in LOVE with their story. As usual I loved having past characters back in this story as well and there was a lot of things happen to keep you on your toes in this book.Elijah and Koren were childhood friends and then one day they finally became more! They decided to finally get married and have their happily ever after but of course things didn't go as planned. When she sees pictures of him with girls on social media and him not talking about their wedding that was coming up, Koren decides to leave on a internship the day of their wedding.Elijah now an AHL Hockey star is living his dream but theres just one problem, his heart is still broken from Koren leaving him. A year later when they are paired up for a wedding as best man and maid of honor no one knows how this is going to turn out. When Koren finds out she is livid but as they step back into some old routines and he steps up to help her in times of need things start to change.I had so much fun reading this book. I was swooning so hard with Elijah! He was just the sweetest and the love he held for her was beautiful. I was smiling through out this book and loved hearing the stories of how they fell in love with each other before she left. You will laugh out loud, swoon, smile like crazy, have some emotions, get upset a few times and in the end you will get the PERFECT ending!!! I always love how J.P. Sterling writes her books. Every time I read her books I can't put them down because you become glued to the pages. I HIGHLY recommend this book and anything she writes.

Koren and Elijah were childhood best friends and thought that once they finished High School they would get married. After a bad case of miscommunication they stopped talking and the wedding didn't happen. After a year they are reuinited for a wedding which will enevitably make them remeber that it could of been them. Forced to interact with eachother they start to clear the air and see if they can have a second chance at love.If you love hockey romance, friends to lovers romance, Second chance romance this is the book for you.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Second chance romance

**Audio**Once again, I loved this cute, fast-paced hockey romance. I loved the characters Koren was shocked to see her ex-fiancé Elijah at the wedding. They have no choice but to interact and be friendly so they do not cause any drama at her sister's wedding. Then love happens again and all the great memories from their past keep coming into play. There is some drama with Elijah's dad, but I won't tell you that or how Elijah got into the NHL because you will have to read or listen to it yourself. Overall, a great short read with a lot of action and a second chance at love. The narrators were great I felt like I could picture the exact people in the story.

It was narrated by Amanda Friday and Andy Harrington. And as I've said in past reviews, they do an amazing job, especially with the duet narration. Even though I have listened to several books narrated by these two over the past month, I feel like they are wonderful at bringing out their characters and making them feel different and unique from the last POV they performed. They also both work so well together. This audiobook specifically was no exception and I can't wait to listen to more of their work.The actual story was as great as the narration. It was my first book by J.P. Sterling and I really enjoyed it. I love her writing style and how she went about portraying her fun and relatable characters. They were well written and easy to connect with. I can't wait to read and/or listen to more of her books.
