One hunky, burned out billionaire. One spitfire graduate. One small island.

Tycoon Connor MacKenzie has it all from the penthouse to the world-dominating corporation. At least that's what everyone believes. Underneath it all, his life is disintegrating faster than a stock market crash.

When Connor's doctor forces him to take it easy and go deep into cottage country for some much needed R&R he lands on an old cottage veranda in Muskoka which lacks the luxuries he’s accustomed to.

Maya Summer, a recent business grad, has been waiting for opportunity to come a knockin’ and not only has it arrived on her doorstep, but it’s presented itself in a very hunky package.

However, despite Maya's best advances and proposals, Connor's strict new "no-work diet" has them both starving for much more than than just business.

Can Maya convince Connor to let her be his new right-hand business gal while gaining enough income to save her family's cottage? And will Connor, the workaholic, be able to resist her charms, both in and out of the boardroom?

Life needs a balance to survive

Who does Maya Summer think she is? Did billionaire Connor MacKenzie really just stumble into her lap like a broken down old man? When Maya is hired to help Connor recover from a stress related medical stupor, she has no idea what she's getting into. Her cottage on a remote island in Ontario, Canada is full of fairy dust. The ending to this story by Jean Oram is one that I'd prefer to see, let the reader assume what they might.

Fighting for Love

After deciding to rent out the cabin to help pay for her part of the past due taxes, a strong and determined Maya meets Conner, a burned out workaholic trying to get his life and health back on track. Both attempt to keep their distance but that Nymph Island magic draws them together.

While Maya fights to save her family's cottage and (against his will) Conner's company. Conner does his best to try and ignore all things work related. He takes his goal of healing to the extreme until he finally learns to find a balance.

I've grown to really love this close-knit family of sisters and mother. It's exciting to experience their love for each other and their willingness to do what needs to be done to help and protect each other. As always, anything that contains the adorable Tigger is the absolute best!

You'll Want More!

I was all set to write "no sexual situations", then read Ms. Kall's description and realized that some people may think sexual tension is sex. So yes this is sexy but not explicit. I loved the story from beginning to end. The characters were so well thought out and likable. It had just a hint of mystery, just enough to keep you coming back for more.

Love and Dreams

I have to start out by saying I'm a huge fan of Jean Oram. I've loved all her books and this one didn't disappoint. The characters are wonderfully real, the setting of Nymph Island perfect, and the story line put me right there feeling the emotions and laughing along with the light humor. Hats off to Jean for another amazing book!

LOVE COMES

Maya has a business degree and if she can land a job with Connor and his company that would help save the cottage, needing to pay back taxes. He comes to the vacation cottage for some needed R&R, attraction is there. They both need to learn how to communicate with others, not just all work. This is book two, so we have some of the characters from the series, it can be read alone. It is about family and love makes an enjoyable story to read.
