A skeptical prince, an American heiress, and an enchanted ring...

Prince Richard de Thierry of San Montico believes legends and true love are relics of the past. He certainly has no interest in the enchanting but accident-prone American heiress, Christina Armstrong, whom he meets at his royal birthday ball. But when Christina accidentally gets the fabled royal engagement ring permanently stuck on her finger, everything changes. According to kingdom legend, Richard must marry the woman wearing the ring... or abdicate his throne.

Both Richard and Christina are determined to defy destiny and remove the ring, but as royal wedding plans spiral out of control, Christina's warmth and kindness breathe fresh air into the rigid royal court. Despite their undeniable chemistry and the entire kingdom pushing them together, they fight their growing feelings to maintain their distance. The stakes are clear: in their stubborn quest to debunk the legend and escape a forced marriage, they might just miss out on their one chance at true love.

Awww

A lovely story. Love the head-strong characters and how they work so hard to undo the undoable. The little girl was precious. Liked how they resolved the feud between the countries. A really enjoyable read. Would like to read more like this. Was fun.

sweet read

I liked the characters, the humor, the sweet romance, and storyline. Not a lengthy one but a sweet story to sweep one away for a bit.

A Love Mismatch

What a nice sweet, weekend read. Christina and Richard’s story is not your typical love match. She’s a not so willing heiress and he’s a heartbroken prince. If you are a lover of royal love matches, I’m sure this story of true love over coming royal duty will be a delight for you. This story has nice heat and good kisses without being graphic. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
