Christmas wishes and second chances

A sweet second-chances romance, this Christmas novelette is the stuff dreams are made of. Struggling Mom, Kendra, is doing her best to makes ends meet and trying to find out what her daughter's secrets Christmas wish is, drives her crazy. Her unexpected meeting with Jake turns her world upside down, but when he starts to hone into the truth about Aria, Kendra's anger and sense of rejection bubble to the fore. Jake is a big country star, but at heart, he is still the same boy that dated Kendra at school. Joining Aria at the wishing well to throw his penny in, Jake makes a wish and gets far more than he anticipated when the truth about not only Kenda and Aria come out, but his own past as well. The story is sweet and touches the heart, especially with the addition of a cute little girl who is very certain about what she wants in life, the end result is heartwarming and left me with a smile on my face. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

I enjoyed reading this book which is well written. Ms. Lieske is a Good author and has produce a very readable story.

A very sweet story of second chances! Jake finds out he has a daughter and that his long list father has been trying to get in touch with him.

Short, Sweet, Easy Reading

This book was short, sweet and had Christmas charm. It was light, easy reading. It's a well used storyline, nothing unique or emotionally gripping but still a sweet diversion.

I loved the book. It was a great love story and wonderful book. I just wish the story would have gone on just a little longer. Thank you for writing a very good book.
