What a hot mess...

...Emphasis on mess. It felt like two people wrote this book, but they never read what the other person contributed. There were plot holes, continuity issues, awkward dialogue, lots of missing punctuation, incorrect word usage, typos... I could go on.Emma is prickly the entire time, and Will is a pushover in some areas. He wanted to be ethical in some areas but not in others. It was an odd book. There was a lot of talk about physique, protein shakes, cookies, and carb-free diets. There was also the message that actions are better than appearances, but it’s easy to say that when you’ve won the genetic lottery.Based on the choppiness of this book, I’m not interested in reading any others by this author.

Was a super cute book to read. Really hard to put down. A must read for anyone who loves a clean read with a little bit of ‘fizz’. You will get that comment when you read the book. 😉

Cute sweet read!!

I enjoyed this novel! This story focuses on Emma and Will. It was like an opposites attract kind of thing, which I thought was great. I loved their interactions together. The plot was good, and the secondary characters were also nice.Overall, a great light read with a HEA. I would recommend this to all lovers of clean, sweet romance!

Clean romance

I usually like my romance books a bit more lusty than this one. I think it’s a a natural part of a relationship, even in the flirty stage but there was zero sexy chemistry in this book. I got to about 90% before I realised it just wasn’t going to happen.Don’t get me wrong. There was a nice bit of PG-13 chemistry between the couple but it kind of fizzled out for me. If that kind of romance is for you this book is a good one. If you’re more of an adult like me, just be warned. 🙂
