It’s no secret that I’m the black sheep of the family. I’m the sassy drama queen who’s less reliable than the weather forecast. So, when I decide to move back home and focus on becoming a better person, I expect an uphill battle.

Especially where my oldest brother is concerned.

The only thing he cares about is that I stay out of his way and leave his best friend, Conner, alone. Which would be easier to do if the too-sexy-for-his-own-good veterinarian wasn’t practically part of our family.

This stupid crush would be a lot easier to overcome if he wasn’t so kind to me. Or if any of my attempts to avoid him were actually successful. Thanks, Ed! It’d definitely be easier if he didn’t bring me strawberry cheesecake ice cream—my favorite—after a rough day and tell me that I’m worth every ounce of trouble I’m causing him.

The truth is … the harder I try to resist the man my brother has made off limits, the harder I seem to fall.

Perfectly Moosematched

Love the Sunset Ridge series and this addition to it. Connor and Sadie’s story has its ups and downs on the way to an HEA.

Turning over a new leaf

It’s hard to face mistakes we’ve made and change our behavior. It’s even harder to convince others that we are making better decisions. Especially if they don’t know the circumstances causing the change. Sadie finds herself in this position but Conner might be worth everything it takes to make the change.

Sadie is home at last. She is trying to get her life back on track after a disaster of a boyfriend. She finds roadblocks in her attempt thanks to her older brother who doesn't want here around. He forbids her to fall for his best friend Conner. This story is full of Eddie sightings.
