A barefoot billionaire hiding from love.

A feisty reporter hunting for the truth.

One hot-tub encounter that changes everything.

London Bridge—yes, that’s her real name—only wants one thing: to write stories that matter. So when her editor orders her to expose Cooper Harrison, America’s favorite relationship guru, as a fraud, she flat-out refuses.

Until the threat of losing her job forces her hand.

Fine. She’ll take down the guru who refuses to wear shoes and pretends to have all the answers.

Cooper Harrison is tired—tired of fame, tired of being told to date again, tired of pretending he knows what the perfect relationship looks like. He teaches millions how to find love, but maybe it’s time he admits he hasn’t found it himself.

When London accidentally wanders onto his private property and into his hot tub, sparks fly—fast. One impulsive kiss leads to an embarrassing confession about her failed engagement…and Cooper laughs.

Total. Jerk.

Suddenly exposing him feels like the easiest assignment she’s ever had.

But fate has other plans.

She runs into him the next day.

They kiss again.

And she blurts out a lie about having a boyfriend—just to protect him.

Now London is juggling a fake boyfriend (thanks to her overly intense military brother), a very real attraction to the hottest billionaire she’s ever met, and a secret that could ruin everything.

She has one choice left:

keep pretending…or risk everything on the barefoot billionaire who just might be worth the leap.

Perfect for readers who love swoony billionaires, hilarious meet-cutes, sizzling chemistry, and heroines who don’t back down.

Editorial Reviews

Loved being back in Jackson again. London and Cooper's story was a love at first sight for Cooper. Londen was there at his place with evil plans. But a chance meeting in his hot tub changed that. Cooper never thought he'd fall in love again. But Londen changed that. Cooper wanted to spend all his time with her. But that changed when the article came out, But his being mad at her didn't last long. He was there for her when her beloved brother had an accident he covered everything. But she ran from him and he went running after her. the rest is history. Enjoyed each one of the Jackson Billionaire stories.

Youth

The title isn’t accurate but the barefooted part got me intrigued enough to start readingI love how it evolves around the fact that being open and truthful can be seen as vulnerable by plenty people. And I know that it’s actually a strength to be able to hold onto both.To show you’re vulnerable is a strength.Yes, people might take advantage of these traits, but I feel it’s like the song from Shawn Mendes called ‘Youth’:you can’t take my youth away.So I guess I can relate to the ‘Groom’ now instead of to the ‘Bride’.

The Interview

I found another sweet romance from a favourite author of mine, Taylor Hart. She brings us another wonderful story. I thoroughly enjoyed this most beautiful, fun story of true love between both London and Cooper. It was just the best! When London was asked to write an article to expose the hippy Cooper Harrison himself. He was well known to be one who always focused his life to criticise their entire magazine named Rage. Saying that their magazines only focus was to unsettle woman. He wanted to prove he knew a better, different way for the single man and woman of today.Such a wonderful story set in Wyoming. When London joins a seminar by Cooper Harrison, she has to interview him for the magazine. I so enjoyed this most wonderful, fun adventure. I just couldn't stop reading it!!I recommend this book to everyone!!.

Clean and fun romance!

Was so excited for this latest story! As always, I love the way Taylor creates compelling physical chemistry as well as a satisfying emotional connection between the characters. Another fun and clean romance with characters who actually get to know each other and care about things other than themselves. Plus, it's always fun to see characters from other books in the series. I can't wait for Sterling's story!

Voracious reader
good storyline but

The Barefoot Groom has a good storyline about a billionaire who is so high profile that he’s fodder for speculation and attack. Along comes the do-gooder who allows herself to be weaponized by an unscrupulous boss. Beyond those points I was disappointed. There’s lots of “manifesting” and meditating to achieve a desired destiny. Not my thing and I wasn’t aware it was this author’s thing either. Not sure I will read anything else by her.
