Tillie Johnson has always loved being at her grandparents’ Christmas Tree Ranch. After floundering through college, she accepts a teaching offer that brings her home. He hopes to have it all figured out before Tillie returns home to give her a reason to stay. When she graduates early, he knows he needs to speed up his plans.

Good second chance and HEA

This is the third book in the series and I am glad I read the other two first, as some of those mentioned in earlier books are in this one too. But it can definitely be a stand alone book, also. Tillie and Logan have crushed on each other for many years, but neither of them felt safe telling the other as he is the best friend of one of her older brothers and she is the last girl in the family. Their story has twists and turns, keeping it very interesting. I was sad to see that the fourth book will not be released for an year as I would have read it now if available. I received an ARC of this book and this is my honest opinion. Thank you, Danae Little for this opportunity.

Sweet cowboy Christmas romance

This book three of the Cowboys at Christmas Tree Ranch series. It’s a clean Christmas cowboy, best friend’s sister, small town, romance. A sweet read that will have you smiling as you turn the pages. I found the story to be well written, easy to read and highly engaging. Great book! Well-developed story line and characters. It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention. I am voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an Advance Reader Copy of this story.

Christmas Tree Ranch, an idyllic paradise

This clean, inspirational story is about Tillie and Logan and their dilemma in telling Tillie's brother, Tanner (who is also Logan's best friend) of their love for each other. Between new babies, toddler Charlotte and a busy Christmas season they weren't able to tell Tanner before anyone else found out. Will Tanner forgive his best friend for - as he sees it - taking advantage of his younger sister Tillie?This is an ongoing but standalone story of the Cowboys of Christmas Tree Ranch series. Danae Little, the author, has created an idyllic paradise in Christmas Tree Ranch. The characters are all good people with strong Christian values. They each contribute to the story - from the grandparents down through the new set of twins.I recommend The Cowboy's Secret Christmas for anyone that enjoys a clean romance with a satisfying happy-ever-after.I was given an ARC of this story from BookFunnel on behalf of Danae Little, but this review is my honest opinion given voluntarily.

Sweet & clean, but characters could use more depth

Tillie Johnson has been half in love with her brother's best friend ever since he taught her to dance when she was fifteen. Now that she's home from college it seems Logan Cooper is always at her family's ranch and somehow the two are constantly being thrown together. Although they engage in light hearted banter Tillie begins to wonder what would happen if she increased her flirting with the handsome cowboy?Logan is just trying to prove to his dad that he is ready to take over the family feed store business so long hours in his office keep him busy. But there is one thing that also keeps his mind occupied and distracted from work and her name is Tillie Johnson. Unfortunately, she's his best friend's little sister, and the unwritten bro code clearly makes her off limits.This book is a sweet holiday, brother's best friend, novel. I enjoyed it but felt this author spent too much time repeating mundane information and overlooked depth to some of the characters, especially Logan.I received an ARC and freely offer this review.
