What’s dark is not always evil.

Judica trained her entire life to be ready to one day rule the Alamecha family. She was nothing less than perfect. She fought, studied, and even dated exactly as her mother directed.

Only, now her mother’s gone, her sister stole her throne, and her boyfriend abandoned her. Things can’t really get any worse, or so she thinks.

When Judica’s attacked by a hidden enemy, there’s only one person she can trust, the one warrior who never followed her for the wrong reasons. With Roman’s help, Judica must discover the true circumstances surrounding her mother’s attack and find justice, no matter what stands in her way.

**Author's note: I know you don't want to read about Judica. That just means I did my JOB in book one! She's most readers' favorite character, once they give her a chance. Still not sure whether you want to try it? Check out what other reviewers have said after reading her story:

“Judica’s story is my favorite in the series!”

“I honestly didn’t know how Bridget would be able to redeem Judica in my eyes, but she did it.”

Everyone has their own story to tell, you don't want to miss this one!

The story of the twin sisters told from Judica’s point of view. Interesting to both continue to plotline and go backwards, but from a different character’s point of view. I really liked this second book of the series, and it really changed my perception of Judica. A good reminder that none of us can truly know what another person is feeling or experiencing. unForgiven really helped round out Judica as a person and explained a lot of things between the sisters, and their mother. The family and life in Alamecha is fleshed out a bit more and new characters introduced. Not just evians are brilliant and gorgeous in this book! I think I have to root for the charming underdog in this romance. Absolutely worth the read!

Judica's Story

Book two of this series gives the reader Judica's point of view. The hard and uncompromising girl we dislike in Displaced is seen here as someone trying to live up to other's expectations. A shorter tale than the first book, this is nonetheless exciting and enjoyable. By choice I would have given it 4 and a half stars.

Get ready to Love Judica

Time to walk in Judica’s shoes and you might just fall in love.Review is for the series. If youre looking for some good family drama that includes knives, hot guys and metamorphism - head on over the Birthright series. You’ll be hooked with the opening line. Also a love triangle that you cannot resist.A NICE REFRESHING NOTE IS THAT ALL BRIDGETS BOOKS ARE CLEAN. No need to sensor the audio books for young ears or worry about your tween picking up and flipping to an age inappropriate page.

Under whelming

While I enjoyed reading the first book in this series under the free version of Amazon books. I thought it was going to get better is the second book and spring for the extra cost for it. Now I see I've waisted my money. This is a first person why me story of of lower unchecked. A family of power and not many checks and balances. Will not be buying any more. Let the buyer beware.

I was right.

Book 2 is just as good as book one. I’ve been absolutely devouring this series and I cannot wait to start book 3 😊 I just ordered the paperback version so I have some shelf trophies. I’m in love.
