I loved the little bit of mystery and how they went about solving it. It was so fun getting to see what was happening behind the scenes while Bonnie and Hank were falling in love.The banter between June and Jonah was the best! I love that both June and Jonah were willing to be vulnerable and honest with each other.This book is part of the Starstruck Love Stories series. It can be read as a standalone.

Fun celebrity romance with a little bit of intrigue.

If you need to escape into a cute and fun read, this book is for you. I was so excited to know that June and Jonah were going to get a story after having my interest in them piqued during Dana's story Lovestruck. What was even more fun about their story, though, was that it takes place during the same time as Lovestruck and was so entertaining as it was the perspective of how June and Jonah fall in love while solving the real-life mystery of who was sabotaging the movie set. I loved that little added measure of adventure to the story. Overall, this was a happy romance with some great characters that made me smile and something I recommend, especially If you enjoyed Hank and Bonnie’s story.

A fun read!

This is a fun mystery rom-com novella. It’s not quite as serious as the rest of the series, and focuses more on the action and mystery than in-depth character development. It’s not that the characters are shallow or wanting, just that the book has a lighter feel to it than the others.Though a fairly quick read, it’s very enjoyable and well worth the time.Content:There’s no foul language, sex, or violence. The romance is limited to mildly descriptive kisses. There are some minor innuendos and ogling. The MCs sleep next to each other one night, but nothing sexual occurs.There is no real mention of faith or God.Trigger warning - the FMC has a past relationship that was emotionally and physically abusive. It’s mentioned several times, but doesn’t go into detail.

Cute addition to the Lovestruck series

Jonah James is the handsome, cocky actor who comes to small Laketown Colorado to film a movie. June Harper is the enigmatic owner of the local hardware store. Insta love, very clean. Kisses only. Tiny mystery, not scary. Easy read. I received this ARC at no cost from the author and BookSirens, but all opinions are my own.

Sweet Romance

* Oh. My. Gosh. June and Jonah are absolutely adorbs! * I couldn't get enough of them. Ending on such a high and getting just a little more time with these two in that epilogue?Pure bliss.This book running alongside Bonnie & Hank's story in Lovestruck made it even more fun. Thinking about both couples at the same time and getting little glimpses of them throughout was my fave. EJonah is a dream! The way he loved and respected June, especially after everything she'd been through-with a person she should have trusted most-was the sweetest thing. The way he made her feel safe, seen, and adored was everything.This series just keeps delivering, and Dumbstruck is another perfect addition.The romance, the mystery, the swoony moments— absolute gold.
