No calling dibs on dream guys.

Why do short girls always get the tall guys?

Don't they know that those of us who more closely resemble giraffes than dainty little wood sprites should have first pick of any guy who isn't eye level with our cleavage?

But what happens when the embodiment of all my tall-girl fantasies gets hired to work at Booms and Nibbles?

My short best friend snags a date with him first.

What do I get to do? Butt heads with him all day every day as I try to educate him on selling women's underwear, that's what. He's opinionated, blunt, and... Sigh. It's no use. He's amazing. Especially when his beautiful brown eyes glint at me from behind those nerdy glasses—sending messages that both confuse and captivate me.

Well, Adam had better fortify those walls he keeps putting up because I've always been the type to go after what I want. And my sights are set on his heart.

Awesome heroes are standard with Ms Pennington. How are so many of them employed at B&N? Hardly seems fair. A satisfying end to this fabulous series. So glad they’re all on BH.

Angela and Adam

I love reading a story with a tall (6 foot) woman. The struggle is real. It's so awkward when most men are shorter than you. Along comes Adam. She loves that she has to look up to him.
He's such a good sport about working at a women's underwear company. He's very likable.

Even giraffe type women need someone to love.

I kept seeing the blurb on Facebook and finally I shoved this book to the top of the TBR pile(even though I have 5must reads). Oh my, what a fun and giggling few hours I just had. So worth it. The fun workplace they had who conspired to get them together. The company is an online bra/lingerie company specializing in hard to find sizes so there are lots of laughs about that. But there was also the underlying theme that every woman deserves to feel beautiful and sexy no matter their size or shape, and each woman is insecure about her body in some way. Angela is 6 feet tall and describes herself in giraffe type terms while those around her describe her as graceful, goddess, model. All she can hear are the tall comments and takes them negatively. Adam is taller than her, which is the first thing she noticed along with his dark striking good looks that comes from his Korean background. They are coworkers-she’s over products and he’s over marketing and they really need to work together except it seems like they are at cross purposes much of the time.

Love this clean book and am going to pull out the rest of the series that I just got glimpses of in this story.

Nice read, can't wait to read about Genevieve next!

Such a fun series. Adam's mom was fabulous! The story has a great flow & I found myself finished before I knew it. I thought there were some positive messages woven in. Angela was unique in that she was more of the pursuer. I think how the unfolding of the romance was written helped keep the story fresh & not a same ol same ol type book. I read Rian's story before and I loved how her story was incorporated in since Angela's & Rian's story overlap. I especially enjoy getting to read a romance that's focused on two people coming together while keeping it out of the bedroom.

(4.5 stars) - a highly entertaining read!

Angela is a mix of confident & insecure. She's also overly blunt & good at sticking her foot in her mouth. But she throws herself into the things she does with passion & enthusiasm. Which is what makes her so good at her job - and so very entertaining

It's fun watching the way things develop with Adam. And the amusing things that happen manage to seem true to life at the same time. Adam's mom is a bit of a stereotype - but she's still hilarious. This is a very enjoyable read!

*Romance level: passionate kisses; they do work for a lingerie business, but there's nothing graphic even though they talk & occasionally joke about intimate wear
