Nothing about me is fake...except my boyfriend.

I needed a favor, but I knew what Damien would ask for in return—a date to his cousin's wedding.

But there was no way I'd agree. Facing his match-making mom and scheming ex-girlfriend didn't exactly sound fun. Besides, the less time I spent around him the better.

Already my neighbor and landlord, he was steadily charming his way into my life. Being his friend was tempting enough. What would happen if we pretended to be a couple for a night? No. I had to keep him at arm’s length. At least.

But Tessa had changed my life for the better when she gave me a job, and now she needed help.

Aaaaaand…that was how I ended up fake dating my boss’s fake boyfriend. Who for some reason can’t keep his shirt on.

Fantastic follow up

This and A Man Worth Shaving For are easily my two favorite reads this year.Great characters with women who are strong in original ways. I also love how Krista's perspective changes by the end and although there are characters who make bad decisions they aren't vilified. Even the minor characters are three dimensional.Hilarious mishaps as well. I loved the tampon-in-the-cake moment.

Keep your shirt on?

The reason I love this book? Cring worth comedy and a look behind the scenes for girls who think that all girls who are thin are either born that way or just have good genes. Krista and Damien are the perfect kinda enemies to lovers, Damien is so sweet and would do anything for Krista if she would just let him. An enjoyable clean read.

Hilarious with a good message

This high quality rom com is loaded with very realistic personalities, realistic world conflict and body positivity issues. The story has a good message and I'll definitely read more books in the series!

Enjoyable.

Nice witty read. Krista has learnt to shield herself with a tough exterior, she is still trying to find her direction in the world. Damien is her next door neighbour and landlord. He is sexy and charming and trying everything to get her attention. However, Krista feels she has nothing to offer and believes he is just humouring her.I enjoyed watching her thaw and grow in her new job and developing friendships.

She did it again

This was the second book in this fun but serious series. Not only do you get a slow burn enjoyable romance, you also have the other more profound message throughout the book. That of learning to love the body we are in. We can’t all have the perceived perfect body. But in learning to love ourselves we can open ourselves up to love others.I love the characters in this series, they are all flawed and real and so relatable too. That you really do want to stand up for them and help them reach their potential. And Damien.....wow swoon now.
