An okay Read

Good read

Good but not her best.

Good book, but not as good as others in the series. You’re not drawn into the characters the same way and it feels too rushed at the end to be emotionally convincing.

Communication is the key

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I loved how it kept switching back and forth between the Felicity and Aiden's points of view. It made it seem more rounded. This was definitely a story that illustrated how important it is to communicate what you are thinking and planning. If they had just communicated before, would they have spent so much time apart? I loved Grams and her persistence in setting up situations to force them together.

A fantastic second chance read

This is my first book by Victorine E Lieske, but it will not be my last. Second chance romances are one of favorites to read and I wasn’t disappointed with this book. Five years ago Felicity and Aiden were going to elope, but he was a no show at the courthouse. Felicity takes off and blocks his number, so he doesn’t get to explain. Present day, we have a very determined matchmaker in Grams. Her antics had me laughing out loud in parts. I highly recommend this fast read to anyone that loves second chance books. I loved the descriptions in the book. It will make you wish to visit the Belizan Paradise.

Second chance at love with the help of a fun quirky grandma

This is a book about second chances with a fun quirky Grandma thrown in. Felicity never really got over Aiden and she is just making ends meet and living only half a life. Aiden went into a depression after losing Felicity and is afraid to love her again. I laughed at Aiden's Grandma manipulations getting the two to spend time together and talk. Can the two let go and reconnect?
